Who’s Eligible for Membership?
- Independent physician practices in both primary and specialty care
- Independent allied health providers, including OT, PT, counseling, imaging, infusion therapy, and so on.
- NEW ! Independent oral health providers
Membership Fees
- Primary care physician membership: $150 per physician (both MDs and DOs) in family practice, general internal medicine, pediatrics and geriatrics.
- Specialist physician membership: $250 per physician (both MDs and DOs) in all other medical specialties.
- Allied health membership: $500 per practice for non-physician healthcare providers, such as oral health providers, physical therapy, occupational therapy, home health, chiropractic, imaging, and so on.
