The Kansas City Metropolitan Physician Association, LLC (KCMPA) is a physician led organization working to make health care work better for everyone.
Our physician members deliver high quality, evidence-based health care at a reasonable cost while working to enhance the patient experience.

We believe physicians should provide care that is respectful of, and responsive to, individual patient preferences, needs, and values. The patient’s values should guide clinical decisions.

We work to eradicate injuries to patients from the care that is intended to help them.

We provide services to those who would benefit, based on scientific knowledge and refrain from providing services to those not likely to benefit.

We work to eliminate waste in the health care system including waste of equipment, supplies, financial resources, ideas, and energy.

We provide care that does not vary in quality to anyone based on personal characteristics such as gender, ethnicity, geographic location, and socioeconomic status.
